Eurofins Discoverx ChemiScreen SST3 Somatostatin Receptor Stable Cell Line, 2 vials. (HTS171C)
The ChemiScreen SST3 Somatostatin Receptor Stable Cell Line is an engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. somatostatin) based activation of SSTR3 GPCR activity via detection of increasing levels of intracellular calcium. The included cell line overexpresses SSTR3 alongside endogenous high levels of the promiscuous G protein, Gα15, coupling the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway. Upon activation of SSTR3, the resulting calcium activity can be fluorescently assayed. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. For detailed product information, visit www.discoverx.com/targets/gpcr-target-biology.

BioChain's tissue products are based on the sample repository network established following the IRB-approved ethical standard and procedures. BioChain's formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue section line encompasses a large selection of tissue sections which are suitable for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization assays. The tissue sections are approximately 5 um thick. Each slide contains tissue from a single human tumor. Documentation of tissues' clinical histories may be available upon request. For those customers who want to perform FFPE DNA and RNA isolation, BioChain can provide tissue section slices in tubes instead of mounting them on glass slides.

ATCC YUMM3.3; Melanoma; Mouse (Mus musculus)
YUMM3.3 is a cell line with epithelial-like morphology isolated in 2015 from the skin of a mouse with melanoma. This cell line is genetically modified containing human-relevant mutations like BrafV600E/wt (knock in conditionally activated Braf allele), Cdkn2a-/- Pten-/- (conditionally inactivated). It also has Tyrosinase:CreERT2 transgene which restricts recombination to melanocytes. It was deposited by the Yale University School of Medicine.

ACROBiosystems Human B7-H4 2Vials
V-set domain-containing T-cell activation inhibitor 1 (VTCN1) is also known as Immune costimulatory protein B7-H4 Protein B7S1 T-cell costimulatory molecule B7x B7H4 which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and BTN/MOG family. VTCN1 contains two Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. The expression of VTCN1 is up-regulated by IL6 and IL10 and is inhibited by GM-CSF and IL4 on antigen-presenting cells (APCs). VTCN1 / B7-H4 negatively regulates T-cell-mediated immune response by inhibiting T-cell activation proliferation cytokine production and development of cytotoxicity. VTCN1 involved in promoting epithelial cell transformation.
